IFS and ISO Certified Quality

Ever since Martínez y Cantó, S.L. was founded, our main aim has been to make sure our products have always reached high levels of quality and safety. This is achieved by controlling all the processes and materials from the moment they are selected and homologised by suppliers who have set our quality parameters, to the elaboration of the product and the delivery to the customer, after following exhaustive criteria. Furthermore, by means of an advanced IT system, we control the traceability of all the materials employed in our production system.

The company disposes of its own laboratory as well as external laboratories, where controls are made of all the microbiological, physical, chemical and organoleptic levels of the products, thus offering a high guarantee of quality and safety. On the other hand, the company has implanted a system for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to guarantee the safety of the food from a preventive view. 

As a fruit of this philosophy, our system of food quality and safety is certified in accordance with the IFS (International Food Standard), implying a high degree of compliance with all the legal requirements. Within this policy of quality and safety, we cannot forget the environmental aspect, for which Martínez y Cantó has implanted a management system with the ISO 14001 certification.
